Arseny M1Clerks don't know their jobs. Needed a cashier's check, first they tried to charge me for it ( my account waives fees), then came to find that they didn't fill out the check right so the money couldn't be deposited which resulted in us missing the contract date and losing a house bid. Can't wait to close all my accounts.. 🤬

I transact at this branch because of these gentlemen. They took great care about my transactions and advised me on products I never knew about, that made my life lot easier and hassle free and comfortable. Never knew US Bank had so many products. Highly recommend this branch to anyone that wants hassle free quick and friendly bank transaction. Team here rocks. Satisfied customer that will recommend US bank to friends too (cos of them ).

Aaron Spencer1Called before I drove out of my way and was informed that I could cash my check to only drive 20min out my way and be turned away because they are about to close! Customer service was horrible and honestly I’d never ever bank here nor ever want to bank here.

A G1This bank did not wanna provide me service I went in to do a cash advance of my debit card like I do in chase or the wood dale bank and nothing ever goes wrong but today they did not wanna let me do a cash advance from my debit card idk if they judge me on the way I look or sum cuz u cud tell the white lady in counter did not wanna do her job I give dis bank a 0 star if I cud. Please (us bank) train your cashiers to know what’s a cash advance from a debit card because she did not know what a cash advance from a debit card is and I don’t need to bank with us bank to do a cash advance from my debit card. You can do the option on any bank because is a debit card.
