Jacob Mayes1I’ve been directed to call customer service, customer service directs me back to the branch. I have been told my funds are being held and will be available on a specific date, now being told additional date to have funds available. Meanwhile I’m paying $450 A DAY to hold a home sale. This is absolutely ridiculous and you have my $20k that belongs to me and have had me running back and forth making calls that are meaningless and now I’m being told to call customer service AGAIN after they just had me call you AGAIN..... over it!

Shae Mcnarly1Their attitude towards working class people cashing large checks is one of resentment and jealousy, primarily stemming from the manager that has been with this branch for at least 9 years, during which time myself and others have had unbelievable problems on the few occasions we are forced to deal with this branch.

Smoketorious1Not good customer service at all !!! They wouldn't take my $75 that I had because it had motor oil on it........but the one in Medford said they could take it? Don't waste your time here an go to a u.s bank anywhere else but here ! Not professional at all !
