  Used them plenty of times for electronice. When my Xbox 1 my son bought for me failed to read the disks. I walked in and spoke with Austin. He quickly got another Xbox 1, and exchanged it. It was a Fathers day gift from my boy, and we had the best time with it. Bought alot of gifts from there also, never treated badly.

  If i could leave a 0 star review i would. Rude disrespectful and insinuated that i was trying to pull one over on them after they made me jump through a bunch of verification hoops then basically tired to get my stuff for free. Worst pawn shop in the valley.

  Rude and disrespectful male staff. Condescending. Needs alot of work on their customer service skills. Especially the gentleman that drives the large lifted white truck. He thought he owned the parking lot and almost ran someone over pulling in. If you need money and can wait. Wait till central point pawn LLC opens on Tuesday. Family owned and good down to Earth people in general. Do not give this company your business nor money They also have their friends and family posting reviews stating they are a great company. If you go thru the ones on here and Yelp compared to Facebook and recently you're going to see a pattern. They get bad reviews then have their people push them out of the feed with false good ones.

  Easily the WORST pawn shop I’ve ever been to. Employees have a terrible attitude especially Austin the manager they just seem to think they’re better than whoever walks into the store and they treat you like absolute trash. Sad excuse for a pawn shop I’d never recommend anyone go here. Wish 0/5 was possible

  I have shopped here several times and highly recommend it. I have bought a 55” Smart TV. .22 hand gun, weed eater, leaf blower & a few jewelry items.. I have also sold items to the shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are also honest and fair. I have dealt with Ruben and Austin who always help me out. Check them out! Cash Connection in CP.

  My experience with this place was horrible. The staff is disrespectful and treated me like an addict trying to make a quick buck. They were unknowledgeable and completely out of date with their merchandise prices. I strongly suggest anyone thinking about going to them to consider other pawn shops and consider this place as a last resort.

  The employees really go above and beyond to meet my needs. They show grace, trust, and integrity- and nothing gets me more fired up than a business with no integrity. I've been doing business there for over 3 years, and never have they been unfair.

  We purchased an Xbox one from this place a month ago. He told us we had five days to return it if there was any issues. Unfortunately we discovered there was an issue after the five days was up. We originally thought there was something wrong with the Wi-Fi at the house but after having a technician check it out, it was determined that the Xbox had an issue. I was not able to make it in within the first couple weeks because of the fact that I live in grants Pass and they are closed on Sundays which is the only day I typically can come to Medford. I explained to him the situation and they said they will give us $150 in store credit. We started looking for an item to replace it with when another gentleman came out and said we could not get in-store credit. The Xbox one had an issue with the network card since the very beginning. I explained to him it had an issue but he said in a condescending manner that they test the thoroughly all of their units and there was no way they would help us out. I feel that they have bad customer service and do not know how to take care of customers. What kind of company tells you you can exchange something and then five minutes later tells you you can’t?!? I Will not buy an item from here again.
