clarissa martinez1I came to deposit my tax refund which was issued in my name and my spouse. We were both present , and felt discriminated. The manager, Jesse, was starring at us from head to toe , and proceeded to say no when I explained she was my spouse. I have been with the same bank since 2013 and have never had this issue. I spoke to customer service and they advised to call the branch as they can accommodate the transaction , when I explained this to the manager he confirmed he was making the executive decision of declining this transaction due to bad experiences in the past, stated 3rd party checks are not reliable. This is my tax refund. I didn't know a person holds that much power for such a big name bank. I feel disappointed and since it's the branch within a 50 mile radius, a little helpless.

BabyCakez Dah 11This teller bhad the line held up 4 customers back! There was no one else in the branch! We have been standing here while he and the lady chit chat and go through her account line for line!! This is utterly ridiculous especially if he is the only teller working! Everyone has to tend to the rest of their working day!! We do not enzymes to come in branch and have to wait a thousands hours just to get service! I am VERY AGGRAVATED AND UPSET about this in store experience
