      I made an appointment online to talk with a banker about investment options and when I arrived they had no one available to talk to me. I'm confused why they accepted my appointment if they didn't have anyone there to talk with me. Offered me a phone number to call or to help me set up another appointment. I'm disappointed they didn't honor my initial appointment.

      This location is so Ridiculous! EVERY, EVERY time I go here the change machine is out of service. Why can't they just do it behind the counter? So lazy!!

      My Wife called me distraught about 45 minutes ago explaining she had tried to deposit $110 in cash. The Drive through ATM malfunctioned apparently. The ATM did not recognize the deposite but took the cash and the monitor told her to contact bank personnel. When she attempted to go inside the Security officer (who she said was as helpful as she could be) told her they were only open by appointment but she would get a business card from one of the staff to call. My wife sat in the parking lot calling as she could clearly see bank personnel inside, however, there was no answer. The most disheartening part was the security officer had clearly notified the staff. My wife was able to contact corporate by which they told her the specific bank branch would have to confirm the faulty transaction. My wife notified her that the staff was not concerned so the kind lady gave us a credit for the money that was essentially taken from us by the branch. This should not happen. Especially during a dang Global Pandemic in which working class families are having a difficult enough time staying afloat financially, ESPECIALLY DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON! That money was all we had to our name until our next pay cycle. Dude to your branches lack of empathy and inadequacy we will be banking else where. We will also be filing formal complaints against this branch.

      Waiting 20 minutes on the drive thru with only 2 car in front of me. Horrible service

      Poor customer service, the person who was helping me, Alondra, made me feel like I was a burden just for wanting cash for my change. Bad attitude, low energy, and very slow. I’ve turned in my change before here, the gentleman only took 5 minutes. It took me longer than 20minutes to finish my business. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

      Shame on whomever is running this branch! The lobby is closed due to Covid 19 and they are only doing drive thru service and the wait is 45 minutes +. There is always a long line of about 15-20 cars . If you visit this branch make sure you’re prepared to waste an hour max of your time. Some of the bank tellers must’ve been on break and were left short staffed. They got there while there was a long line and didn’t make an effort to go inside and help whom ever was working by themselves . Instead they were chatting out in the parking lot hugging each other holding balloons and food. Shame on them too! bad service

      With the bank lobby closed for the pandemic, drive thru is the only option. I have never waited less than 40 min to get to the front of the line, and I've tried to be smart about timing it right. This is impossible to do. Only two lanes are open, one regular and the one that also has the ATM. First of all, all 3 should be open. They have the people to staff it --the lobby's closed! Second, why have the outside lane open when it has to handle both atm and banking? Third, why close early every day? Again, they have the staff. If anything they should be open later than usual because the drive-thru- only restricts the # of customers who can be handled at once. I understood it in the beginning but after a few months of this nonsense I am seriously looking at switching banks because it doesn't seem like the bank thinks our time loss is their problem. I don't have 40-60 min per 5 min transaction. PS I'm giving this 2 stars instead of one because the tellers are really nice. They're doing the best they can and this foolishness is not on them one bit.

      Set up an online appointment with this bank for a phone call at 11am. By 11:30 no call and when I call then to ask what's going on they where rude and said they never got my request. Well I was given 2 reminder emails before our appointment. When speaking with the banker he was rude. Then when he need to get back with me he never called back. Avoid this branch if you need anything outside of atm use. Poor professionalism and customer service. This experience has lead me to close my accounts with this bank. If the the branch acts this disorganized how can I trust them with my money.
