  I’ve been using this bank since I was 16 and had my first job at Dunkin. That was almost ten years ago. The tellers have always been very helpful and kind, even back when I didn’t know what I was doing. I also remember making coffee almost daily for a sweet black-haired woman who seemed to be in-charge of the other employees at this branch, and she even explained how survivor benefits for children with deceased parents works for me due to her experience with it. I thank everyone at this branch, current and former, for their professionalism and kindness.

  It was a very quick and easy process to open an account. Ciomara was awesome in getting my accounts set up and recommending the right account for me. I have a military bank from out of state and it's becoming more and more difficult to access it. US Bank is all over the Greater Phoenix area. The tellers and manager are extremely nice, and were wonderful in setting my accounts up. The people at this branch are very efficient and really know their stuff.

  District manager US Bank Suzanne(She manages a few branches for US Bank in Surprise) and all the tellers of US Bank Surprise are friendly, courteous, efficient and awesome. I have had my business account that I opened at this Branch years ago and Ciomara and the US Bank "Surprise Cotton/Bell" Safeway Branch at 17049 W Bell, Surprise AZ are the best :) Thanks to Suzanne, Ciomara, and team for always being there for my business banking needs :) US Bank and in particular this branch are 5 Stars all the way :)

  I noticed the branch in Safeway was open late, and also 7 days a week. Just happened to be frustrated to barely miss my normal bank's closing time, and decided to stop in and open an account. Couldn't be happier with the service, and got an unexpected great deal on the account. Might just switch more of our family banking over to U.S. Bank-

  I like stopping by at this branch to do deposits or withdraws for a hangout This branch has 2 outstanding & awesome ladies Ciomara & Jaime They make my day when I visit or get money for something :)

  Waited an hour when only 3 vehicles were in front of me. I would’ve waited longer if I didn’t move to the other lane!! This is ridiculous!
