Dr. Marina Kostina1Horrible experience. I have been with US Bank for 20 yrs... and this branch is terrible. 2 months ago the ATM took my cash but did not add it to my account. 2 months later I m STILL trying to get my money back. The manager seemed nice but never followed through with her promises, no follow up calls or emails or mail apologizing or telling me whats going on with my money. No one cares. I lost 1000 dollars and no one contacts me. Now they try to use one of MY transactions of 1000 as their adjustments! This is unheard of.

Gary L Monson DDS, PC2Very slow and very long wait times. After months of this pandemic they should have adjusted their business model to be safe and still provide good service. No excuse. Lots of other businesses have found safe ways to still operate, including mine.

Thomas Bruce1The lady that tried to call and sell me something was very nice. BUT they charge you for checking balance at another bank. They charge $5 for a money order. They do not answer phones. And as a state farm banker until bought or so called merge state farm sold us out for profits I will never see.

Silas Pilgram1Beware of the two bankers. They are very nice, but constantly make mistakes. They type through accounts too fast and make errors and typos that create headaches later. On several occasions now I have made a request, they quickly served that request with a smile, but later I discovered they made serious mistakes. Here are a few examples: (1) I asked for new cards and they sent cards linked to the wrong account. (2) I asked for new cards and they sent it to the wrong address (3) I asked for new checks with my new address but they sent me checks with my old address still printed on them. (4) On a Friday I asked for them to transfer money into a new account I set up but they accidentally transferred it into the wrong account so I couldn't correct the mistake or access the money until next Monday. At best this is a minor inconvenience, at worst this inconvenience compromises me financially for days so I cannot pay bills on time or suffer the indignity of having my card declined while out with friends because my bank sent me the wrong one. I understand they must feel pressured to process customers quickly because they often have a line of people waiting for them in the lounge area. But they need to slow down. They are making too many errors by sacrificing accuracy for speed. The tellers are generally fine and very accommodating.

Andrea NYS5Reason for my 5 star . Nini , the best banker at this location. One more girl i don’t remember her name , maybe the manager not sure . But because of Nini i am still with them. She knows how to cater to your needs. Also yes its small ,yes its old but hey its in Andersonville .

Kristy Moretti1This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had in a bank. The new girl thinks she gets pay to hit on young guys and get a date for the weekend. WE go to the bank to get an efficient and fast service not to chat

Sean McColley1Has 3 drive up lanes. Only ever has 1 open that is also shared with drive up ATM. Commonly has very long lines. Ive waited 20 minutes just to use an ATM.

Veronica T1I walked in today asking about were I might find the entrance of a neighboring business and was promptly and rudely escorted out by the security guard. Did not get the answer I was seeking and was treated like trash. If he had stopped to answer my question he would have realized I was planning on opening an account as well. Changed my mind after that. Perhaps these security guards need further training on how to treat a customer. Will not be returning. Very disappointing.
