  Still No. 1. Humans answer phones directly, immediately, there’s no buffer of automated recordings that put you through an endless gauntlet of questions and departments, then to be put on hold. Everyone knows everything there, virtually no staff turnover, accounts and online account management are simple and streamlined. Only wish they would offer paperless email option for monthly statements instead of mandatory paper... maybe someday.
