      I call us bank for my credit card because is keep saying decline while i have $3000 they racially profile me because they thought i was indian scammer they said they will call me in 48 hours it never happened i wated 4 days and they lied saying i was the one who didn't receive it. I'm changing my bank I'm tired of them.

      I never had a problem with this location. Managers came out to help me and showed me how to deposit money using my smartphone.

      This location is inside Meijer. Unfortunately, I have had multiple issues with the tellers processing items incorrectly. Some of them required second and third visits to be resolved. I would not recommend this location for anything other than the most basic deposits and withdrawals. They do have an ATM, which gets them a second star.

      In short, the worst US bank branch ever. I have bad experiences multiple time in branch. I will never do business with these people no more.
