Talynn Shahan5I don’t know any other way to contact customer service or anyone else related to the Decherd branch. I would like to report exquisite service performed by Andria Taylor. She was a Godsend in our moment of hopelessness. We firmly believe that she was put as an angel in our path. Being over 600 miles away from the nearest branch she was a sweet voice on the other end of the line. She will be definitely be getting cookies or donuts sent to her. She really does care about people and service.

amber mcintosh1I am pretty sure this bank will rob you in overdraft fees that show up on your account out of nowhere. Then you call and try to straighten it out and nobody in the bank can explain where they came from or why MY online statement differs from theirs. You can’t trust what the mobile app says and you end up with 227$ in overdraft fees. This is not the first time this has happened seems to be a recurring thing. Also US bank has been sued a few times for this particular reason! Yes I have done research on their thievery. I do not recommend banking here unless you are rich and can afford for them to rob you.

Alexandria Cross1ATM shred my card. Their response? Get a new one. Yeah, that’s easy to do with an international bank card. Thanks for that helpful tip. I would’ve been better off giving it to a stranger than trusting them.

Mary F3Getting a little old months since you could walk into a branch. Cant be a corporate policy us banks are open in other states. Kind of ridiculous.Made a appt few weeks back when I got there still couldn't get in.

marvin gabbard1I closed a credit card account...the bank was called and check was made out for the exact amount...the following day..it showed I had a 3 cent balance...instead of waiving 3 pennies I had to go through a 3 pennies balance transfer....totally rediculis...3 cents????? Come on!!!
