      This branch was a nightmare Deposited a large check. The manager herself made a mistake and my account show -8 million dollars. I went back to correct it. Not only the check was going to take longer to clear. The manager decided to be rude and told me "you don't know how the banking system works" and then lied and told me that check reader didn't work. I was later informed that she mis entered the amount for the hold. No personal responsibility followed by poor behavior. I stayed polite because they were clearing my check and had my money Finally today I closed my account so leaving this well deserved review for them. Worst banking experience. I hope the remove that manager lady and put someone more qualified in that job. Jeez. What a terrible experience.

      Disgusting experience. I’ve never seen a bank manager who cares so little about customer service and was willing to lie about company policy simply to get me out of the door. Was trying to help my grandfather with a transfer and I couldn’t even get these guys to answer my questions before being told that they also couldn’t reach out to my grandfathers branch. Use Charles Schwab or Goldman, and if you use US bank make sure it’s not this branch.

      Staff was nice however; no professionalism. No uniforms. Untidy like they rolled out of bed. When I walked in I could not tell who worked there, expect the teller behind the counter was wearing an old US Bank t-shirt.

      I don’t understand why you need to be an account holder and show I.D. to exchange a twenty dollar bill for a ten and two fives at this us bank?

      Just spent 40 minutes sitting there waiting to speak with a banker. Nobody said a word to me the whole time. What horrible lack of courtesy, let alone professionalism and service. Don’t waste your time here.

      Service here is very slow. Had one teller at the counter, 2 other "bankers" sitting there not helping with a line of 6 people.
