I love this bank! After being a Bank of America customer for years where there is not much service or good customer relations, I was blown away at how friendly and accommodating the people at this branch are. I am always greeted by a genuine smile and my banking needs are treated as a priority no matter how large or small my transaction. It's a pleasure to do my banking here!

Because they had one in a little town of Fallbrook where i happen to be visiting and even where I used to live and don't remember one there. I was so pleasantly surprised that I wouldn't be forced to go out of town to find a local us bank option.
