  In my opinion, ALL banks are a necessary evil. Once they get ahold of your money, they act like it's theirs to do with as they like and charge you a FEE for the privilege. But as for rating them, Chase Bank is not as bad as many others I have had the misfortune of dealing with. None of them feel as if they should offer decent customer service. But Chase is at least better in this capacity as well, than the many others I've dealt with.

  Outstanding customer service by Bank Employees!!! Had serious financial issue to deal with regarding an account, and received prompt, efficient and courteous attention. My Brother accompanied me and even he was impressed!!!

  Fernando did an incredible job getting me set up with new accounts. I tried three different Chase branches and it’s only thanks to him that it happened, otherwise it might have been another month before all the planets aligned! Super nice and honest, made me feel a lot more comfortable with the transition to Chase.

  I like the people who work there ,From top to bottom. I am a private client card holder, which is helpful, and enjoyed my experience there since opening up my account 6years ago when I Retired. Only had one experience that bothered me. When I went to use the outside ATM. IT WAS OUT OF ORDER. Well that's all, it happened on a Sunday, I let them know Monday. And havnt had a problem again.

  ATMs constantly has issues and do not dispense cash. No signs posted. Had to walk in twice in one month to get cash because the ATMs weren’t working. What is this 2005??

  Went in to open account told to do application online than it didn't work and than called to figure what went wrong and told to go back to the bank a complete tail chase I would recommend going to another bank.

  The gentle hard-working,devoted people who work here should get a raise, they are just marvelous when it comes to customer service, I can honestly say they go out of thier way to help people, in any means possible! I would recomend this place to anyone looking for a good , honest place to bank.

  I've always been treated well. Friendly staff. Address you by name. Fast, dependable, consistent service. Have had staff wait for me. Nice people.

  spent over an hour in lobby waiting to simply add husband to account. I would not have been to upset by this except there I was not given even an apology for having to wait so long.
