Dylan5I’ve banked with US bank for close to 5 years and it was the best decision I made switching over. My experience with US bank would not have been the same without the assistance of Shirley K. at the Fairview location. Shirley was able to help me refinance my car and made the process extremely easy. I’ve recommended my family and close friends to go through her for all our banking needs and everyone has said the same. If you want something done right, go through Shirley!

Steven Loving5One of the better US Bank branches I have been at. Tellers are bright, friendly and take care of their customers’ transactions, no matter how challenging and encompassing. Also went shopping for a VA home loan and had a pre-approval within a few days. Tellers and bankers called me by first name every time I walked into the branch, and went out of their way to meet all my banking needs. Outstanding staff and branch.

Henry K.3My bank experience is being compared based on Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual (Chase). It’s a little passed 4, as they close at 4:30, and there’s only one teller. I needed my coins changed as they have a machine that changes them, if you have an account with them, and can be deposited into your account (if not given in cash). I was the next one in line and the machine is kept behind their counter—because in the past customers have spilled their drinks on the machine (same thing happened at my local branch and that’s how I needed up here). The teller was polite, speedy, and completed my transaction. I don’t know if it was Shirley, but I sure was prepared if I bumped into her.

Robin Hood1Worst branch of ANY bank on the PLANET! I have had numerous problems with this bank and today was the last straw...I'm pulling my money out! I went in today to simply have a debit card replaced because the card they sent me 2 months ago had a bad chip on it. I have had the same account number on my debit card for a couple years and have it registered on several sites that take auto payments so I did NOT want the account number changed, just the card. The incompetent teller CANCELLED my card and then proceeded to give me a temporary card with a totally different number! I had outstanding transactions on the card she destroyed and was furious. The bimbo from the front desk of the bank came over and kicked me out of the bank for raising my voice.i promptly went to another branch (in a grocery store) and they took care of me. The young girl reinstated my old card, gave me a temporary one and figured it all out. There have been other crazy situations with this bank though. Time to bite the bullet and just make the move. DON'T BANK HERE!

Irisi Hall1Unfortunately, this branch has been by far the most difficult and frustrating banking experience I've ever had ... I have had many issues with banks but this outdoes them all. Not only do they put you on hold for over 45 minutes just to answer a question, when you show up they make you redo paperwork you already signed because they messed up, then you wait 1.5 hours for them to print them...and the list goes on. very very terrible experience each time.

Grace Aviles1Today I had a bad experience. I was told that the bills where unorganized when I know for sure that they were organized, I was also told that I would no longer be able to make my Commercial deposits there due to the fact that they where “too large”. I have a video to prove that the bills where organized and a video to prove that she says we can no longer make deposits there. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with the same person. She keeps telling me to do the night drop but I don’t have a key and I have continuously asked about information on the key but every time I ask I get no response. The only reason why I got it this bank is because it is the nearest location to my from my house, but I think I will have to look for another bank that is professional with my money.

Tyra Gee1Brought my daddy here who is 82 years old to cash in some coins he had. They watched us carry the money in. When we finally get to the counter the teller had an attitude and didnt want to do it. She told us we had too many coins. The manager also came out with an attitude. They did some and told us they couldn't do the rest because we broke the machine😒 mind you they poured the coins in like it was water going down a drain. Then said they can only do $25 worth or a piggy bank.They simply just didnt want to help us. Called the location downtown St. Louis and they said they cant put a limit on what an account holder can bring in coins. They just have to run it through the machine slow! This location need a new staff who takes customer service serious

Karla Meshey1My account was hacked over a year ago. I had to go into the bank three different times to take care of it. Almost a year later I received a letter from US bank telling me the account was overdrawn and I owed them money. The overdraft was from them charging me maintenance fees on a closed account. The letter instructed me to call the bank. The bank informed me that there is nothing they can do for me and I needed to call the 24 hour customer service number. I called the customer service number and after being on hold for 20 minutes I gave up. I'm closing my checking and savings account and going somewhere else.

Guest Guest1Do NOT get your credit card from this company (U.S. Bank). This company is a fraud. If your merchant over charge you, they will ONLY refund you for the over charged amount for the item that you paid. They will NOT refund you for the tax that you over paid. ------------------------------------------------------------------ My response to your response: The problem is that I complained to your credit card dispute department about five times already. The final decision from U.S. Bank is that U.S. Bank credit card department does NOT refund customers if they are over charged in taxes. That is why I have NO choice, but to let everyone know about U.S. Bank's policy.

Tommy Adeoye1If there was any review less than a one, this guys will be getting it right now. They lie to you and mislead you to sign up for financial services you do not need. They are rude and will attempt to play on your intelligence. I walked into this branch because I was referred by a business partner, with my guards completely down hoping to receive a fair treatment. This was not the case. Customers expect to be sold and not lied to. The lady greeted me warmly with a smile on her face, which i felt welcoming. We built rapport and I felt I was in the right hands. She proceeded to opening a company account for me upon request then extended an offer for a business credit card. Based on my previous experience, we both agreed that we were aware what a hard inquiry will do to my credit because I am in the process of a major purchase. She proceeded and lied to me that they only performed "soft inquiries" no hard ones . I specifically stated clearly I will not be needing a credit card if this will in anyway affect my credit report, in her words " I promise it wont, This will be a better way to establish company credit ". I agreed to the "Soft inquiry". Now she pulls out 3 different credit card plans and said I could go with either of them . I went with a fair 12.99% again with the "Establish company credit" mindset. Okay, I get back to work same day and get a notification from my credit reporting agency that a hard inquiry was made to my account. I called and nobody will speak to me asking if I wanted to file a dispute? Few weeks later I get a call from someone in the bank asking how my experience was and I told him I was not happy and I wanted S. call me so we may address the whole "Inquiry" thing. We did and I agreed to come to the bank with the card once received so as to iron things out. I get the card in the mail after numerous phone calls with the credit card department stating that my address and social security number was incorrect(How can that be). Long story short, I received the card in the mail and then an agreement later saying I had agreed to a 20.99% interest rate. How in the world? 2 issues on my hands now " An inquiry that was not approved" , "An interest rate that was not agreed upon". Now I am unhappy and proceeded to the location of this bank . I asked for the document that stated that I had agreed to that interest rate and documents stating that I was approving a credit inquiry. Of course the so called manager thinking I'm a stupid customer will not provide me this information saying that the lady that attended to me only had access to those information and when I asked - " What if she is no longer an employee of the company, will anybody be able to get access to that same information?" , He then proceeded to say that the information only he has access to his a pre-screen and not what I signed up for. Some other things were said to me that did not sound accurate and my experience was terrible. Unfortunately , I only have videos and recordings of went down with me and this "manager" and not with the lady signed me up. I do not know how many customers that have zero knowledge about credit cards these guys have screwed over. Do not do business with this branch and USBank, period. If you MUST, request for all your paperwork and go over them . I'll either provide videos of conversations to the public on the internet or the better business bureau if a corporate manager, I mean USBANK(not this branch) Corporate manager reach out to me , to ensure this does not happen to other struggling customers.
