tara mattson1The last 2 tellers that helped me were not friendly. The first had no communication whatsoever, no greeting, no thank you, nothing. The last time I had to go there, the lady gave me my stuff back and then I waited to speak with her, while they were laughing inside because she wouldn't come back to speak with me. She finally did after staying back there for about 5 minutes while the line backed up. Also, I always have at least a 20-50 minute wait.

Paula Beeman2I don't bank with US Bank personally, but use it commercially. Most of the time I don't have any problems, but when I do it is because I have been shorted change and have to go back to get it fixed. They are not very speedy, and I get that you want them taking their time to make sure everything is accurate, but when they are slow and also inaccurate it becomes a big problem. They now have a new teller, Susan, whom I have never dealt with before, and she was rude & condescending to me when I was trying to drop some deposits and get some change. If I wasn't required to use this bank for work I would definitely be going somewhere else.

Jeremy Fierst1Worst customer service I have ever had in my life! I have been depositing my checks there for the last 2 years. Never had a problem until the last 2 times. Yes my wife has an account there & she pays all the bills so i put in what she needs now they say I’m not aloud to put money in MY WIFES account unbelievable!!!!! We are changing banks! Hermantown credit is much more friendly & has better customer service!!

Chris R1I called to get an appointment with a banker. The voice said to press 3 to talk to someone at this branch. I pressed 3 and got nothing. I waited in limbo for about 5 minutes and then the call ended. So, how does one get an appointment at this branch?

Scooty Puff1Pitiful that US Bank charges seven dollars to cash a check written from their bank if you do not have an account there. The person issuing the check as legal tender clearly has an account there if you take a check from anyone banking at this bank be sure and add an extra $7 to it.

Jeanine Johnson2The staff is friendly. I use this bank commercially. The commercial drive through does not seem to take priority over the other lines like most banks. I feel bad for the employees, they constantly seem short staffed.

Mary Overlie1I use this bank commercially and have never waited less than 10 minutes (and more most of the time) to do banking. Hire more people.....this is ridiculous.
