      I went into this branch as a long standing customer of US Bank. I have never received such awful service prior to today with any branch. I walked in and was met by a younger person at the door. She said nothing to me when I came in. I was looking for a deposit slip when she said, “Can I help you?” I told her I was looking for a deposit slip. She pointed toward the row of teller booths and said nothing. I went over and looked and could not find the deposit slips again. I told her there were no deposit slips over here. Another IS Bank worker came over and told me, “ We don’t have deposit slips, just show the teller your debit card or ID and she will make the deposit for you. I waited in line for one customer ahead of me for ar least 15 minutes while I saw at least 4 other people working in the bank doing nothing, including the lightbulb at the door. Finally I went up to the teller and asked to deposit my check. At other branches I have been asked which account. She never asked me anything. Just brought me back a receipt. I have multiple accounts and I asked her which account it was deposited into. “The one attached to your debit card.” The lack of help and friendliness at this branch is appalling. The only person that was even remotely helpful was the second person I talked to. I will never go to this branch again.

      Brittany from another branch is the sole reason for this 5 star review, I have seen her literally look over the shoulder of the current customers she's assisting to kindly help my wife again. She's been here 2x in 3 days. Brittany still greets her ready to assist.

      I’ve been to this branch twice a week for the last 6 years for work and personal services. There have been several helpful tellers over the years, but I’m finally reviewing because I’ve seen this team get SLAMMED in the drive thru due to the pandemic and surrounding locations closing for well over a year. Consistently greeted with a smile and always happy to help each time. Zoe(y) seems to be there each time I go through, and she’s busy juggling 10+ cars in to herself—never lets you know she’s stressed, she kills it! Keep her on your team and throw a raise her way, she works her butt off!

      The staff is great and has always been! To bad US Bank has put them under so much pressure by closing down the other Webb City location and understaffing this one. I have 8 business accounts and have secured and paid off many mortgage, auto, and business loans with them. However it has become very very difficult to get things done with this understaffed operation. Between the waiting in line for 15 plus minutes, non returned phone calls, closed lobby, closing at 4pm, and stressed employees it has tainted this branch’s reputation. Shame on you US Bank Corporate for turning this wonderful bank that had a small town feel into a time consuming, inefficient and inconvenient operation. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

      Slowest place ever!!!!! Been sitting in the drive thru 15 MINUTES, TOOK 9 minutes to get service after the check was sent in! Maybe they need to staff the drive thru since the lobby is closed. Considering changing banks.

      US Bank has outdated and horrible policies. Your money is not safe with this financial institution and this specific location is by far the worst. Horrible customer service! I had an IRA, Savings and checking account and I closed them all after there mistakes cost me hundreds of dollars and they weren't willing to do anything about it.

      The lines are very very slow and customer service is worst I have ever experienced. They will out and out lie to you.
