Madison Linden-Swafford1First of all, I chose this bank because since I’m not from the area I wanted a bank with a wide variety of locations so I could deposit money when I go home or on vacations. This was a HUGE mistake. Anytime I went under my amount they charged me a $36 overdraft fee! I would only go a penny under or at most $15 under and they would charge me $36!!! I think that’s outrageous! I only go under because the app is so slow that I don’t know how much money I truly have and sometimes it’ll be +$20 than what it really is or -$20 than what it really is. I plan on switching soon, because this is the last straw I’ve had with this bank. This is the most recent update: The USPS lost my rent check in the mail and I decided to cancel my check because I didn’t want someone else getting ahold of it. The bank told me it would be a $35 fee for something THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT! I paid my rent 11 days in advance and they’re penalizing me for doing so. If anyone knows of a better bank in the area, please inform me because I hate US Bank now. There fees are outrageous!
