Michell Ortega1I’ve never had a problem I’ve always had a 5 star experience until this last time when I went to make a deposit to someone else’s account, I counted the money about 5 times to make sure it was the right amount, there was a couple $100 dollar bills that where extremely new and crispy so they stuck together as one a couple times when I counted(which is why I counted so many times) I got to the drive up window to not only have a not so friendly experience but also for her to tell me I was $100 dollars short.... I gave them an extra $100 because I didn’t have time to argue had to get back to work, I then called them to explain and the person on the phone was lovely and said they would find out when the teller closed till and I never ever got a call back, I wish they took these things more seriously and had a supervisor watch the teller close till to give me re assurance. But point is I can make a fair accusation that they stole $100 dollars from me. And I know the machine isn’t accurate because I’ve read about an atm giving people more money because bills stuck together. What a shame that I never received a call back.

Jason B.2There time on the website is not correct it says the drive thru is open at 9 but it opens at 9:30 they need to update this info I was waiting at the window for 20 min thank goodness I will still make it to work on time
