  I’ve been going back and forth with this branch over a fraud case from the beginning of April. They have given me misinformation and closed down an account. I have now had 5 deposits I can’t locate. When I call them I get the wrong information. I tried to explain to them politely and I was interrupted every 5 words. I’ve never written a review for a bank cause people are generally nice. Only time they were nice at the midway branch was when they attempted to upsell me on credit cards, money market accounts, and CD’s.

  This is the second time I come to this branch and it's just a total waste of time. Employees are just there to be there not to help the customer I'm about to cancel my account
