      10/10 recommend visiting this branch! The staff are always friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience at any US Bank but this branch really sticks out to me. All of their staff are trained, polite, and efficient. If you’re needing to speak to a banker I 100% recommend Sunny Hendrix.

      Very friendly and accommodating. Their bill pay is a slick system. You can pay bills in a flash! I will NEVER change to another bank. Love these people!

      This bank is not legit I put over $50,000 thur this Bank and you can't even make an appointment for a business account then when I go to the front door they won't let you in the pandemic is over with people so I close my accounts this bank is

      Shannon the branch manager is always nice. For being one of the busier branches in Topeka they are usually pretty quick with service.
