  Fantastic customer service, everybody there is super friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help. Once they get their online banking app working better and their ATM replaced with one that works more than 20% of the time I will give them five stars :-).

  As a new customer/member, I went to Commercial Federal to open a member acct and CD. Was told that a credit check must be run before the CD could be opened. I was not asking for a loan and don't understand why they had to run a credit check. For safety reasons, our credit accounts were frozen several years ago and I don't plan to unfreeze them. They would not take my money and open a CD.

  I was closing a partner credit union account and got a cashiers check (supposed to be immediate availability of verified funds since they wouldn’t allow me to withdraw the full amount in Cash) to move to my new checking account. They didn’t tell me they don’t post transactions on Saturday’s even though they’re open, and they post dated my cashiers check. Monday is a holiday, now I have a cashiers check that my bank won’t even deposit until Tuesday, but you can bet they already took the cash out of my old account, but can’t give me access to it now for four days. This is a CU specific policy and not a business norm. If you’re open on Saturdays then I should actually be able to do business on Saturdays!

  We are very sorry that you had a negative experience when using our shared branch location. Unfortunately our system does run Saturday on the next business day. Since the Federal Reserve isn't open on weekends, and was closed on Monday due to the holiday, this meant that the next business day would fall on 10/15. We apologize if you were not notified of this in advance, and for any inconvenience that resulted.

  Worst shared bank I ever experienced. Manager kept asking his tellers on what he can or can't do especially when we had a financial power of attorney. Also tellers kicked us out when we tried to do transfers
