The Purger4Normally always give five stars to U.S. Bank but, first I was told I could do a cashiers check in the drive-through then told no then I was told I can have 1000 in cash then I was told no but overall love the place five stars normally

J Johnson2Recommend using Brinks Armored services Loomis in Arkansas makes me want to switch banks! Today having to wait an hour for them to finish servicing the ATM machine. The funny part about it I pulled into the parking lot the correct way with another vehicle behind me. Loomis drove in the opposite direction to cut me off & block the ATM, so now we are facing one another. Unfortunately I couldn't leave because it's the only bank in town. For me to contact the company & to be told that "The driver was supposed to let us use the ATM first but of course that didn't take place. This is not the first incident with this armored service provider. I'm on the verge of switching to a bank that does not receive services from Loomis Armored US company.

Jodie Gordon1I have banked with this bank for over 10 years and they decided to close my account for no reason and now after 30 days still havent received my money that belongs to me back the manager says she would call me back never did have appt with her tomorrow let's see if she calls it looks like I'm going to have to contact a lawyer to get my money back never bank here again!!!

NovasDad1I withdrawl 20.00 today from this bank atm and it shows they took it out my account, but failed to give me 20.00 physically in cash what do I do?????

Please call Customer Service at 800-872-2657 so a banker can file a dispute on the error. Once a dispute is filed, provisional credit is issued in ten business days. I hope this helps. ^Larisa

Julie Johnson2This banks customer service is getting worse and worse. Reduced hours short staffed and now they don't even have deposits slips. Time to look for another bank
