  Worst bank I've ever been to drive a hour and a half to cash a check or open an account was there 15 minute s before close and the lady did not want to open or cash it was a large amount and with more checks to follow I will never bank here again

  Horrible!!!! I came here for wire transfer. The lady told me that It is not possible to do it. She asked me to go back. This is the typical service listed on the website. She just doesn't want to serve me !!! I told here that I drove ~1 hour from Pittsburgh and asked her where I can do it. She told me I should call 7-24 US bank hotline. After the call, I am pretty sure the wire transfer is possible at any US bank branch with a senior manager....

  I don't know if it's the bank who bought the deals with the ReliaCard but I was told that they still deal with the money and they've been holding mine for over 30 days sitting in their account playing games on sending me a replacement card and my kids I've barely had a good meal in the past week because they just won't send me my money I'm done being nice and holding my tongue about them they are extorting money out of the u.s. people over this crisis and it's just not right to be able to hold my card for as long as you want to I've already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will continue writing reviews until I get a response

  Completely ridiculous that pa uses Ohio based bank for unemployment benefits cards so many stipulations and fees when there isn’t a physical bank for hundreds of miles and getting someone on the phone is next to impossible and the new 400 atm limit is a great way to make money on fees and in bank interest on cash tha couldn’t be taken out but that doesn’t matter to a bunch of suits that don’t have to worry about how to use the little bit of money at a time they act like it’s not our money

You're still able to take out the maximum daily transaction limit as a cash advance via Visa associated financial institutions by showing an approved ID, in addition to using the card for purchases.   Someone that belongs to your bank are they allowed to withdraw from their checking account?

  Hello Shawn. An account holder is able to withdraw funds from a checking account. There will be some conditions that will need to be met, I.E. Identification, an available balance to cover the withdrawal, ect. If you have questions regarding an account, please contact our customer service team at 800.872.2657.
