      Went to Liberty last year. Cost was appropriate, staff was knowledgeable, and they helped my son out. I was very pleased. This year I went early. The girl in the office that was there last year left. Now, the women working in the office was by herself and is brand new w no guidance. She was great and happy to help but flustered and unorganized. The big blow was the cost. I only filed a 1099 to get a stimulus check I did not get. They charged me $300. Me or my family will not use Liberty Tax. I would give one star but the lady in the office was kind and helpful in spite of her company letting her down.
