Confessions and Lessons1No one can get me any answers. I have been battling for three months to try and get my check. This bank is taking money from me and withholding money that I am owed. It is my paycheck. I needed it before the world did what it is doing. This not old news US Bank. Me thus morning: I called you 12 times yesterday. C. Daniel: I know. I saw it. She saw me call an never got back to me. She was supposed to call me a week or so ago and never did. Way to keep the tradition strong by not calling me back. Six whole years in a row, not one US Bank employed person has ever called me back.

Stephanie Slone1This branch is conveniently a two minute drive away from my house. Should be a quick pleasant experience, but they let you down every time. Do not visit this branch unless you want to spend 40 minutes minimum in the drive thru! Terrible customer service!

Laura V1If I could give them a zero I surely would. I’ve spent cumulatively over 12 hours on hold trying to get simple login assistance. Giant Fail U.S. Bank! I applied for the "simple" SBA insured loan immediately and have been dealing with a broken, unprepared and dysfunctional process for weeks! The process and actions of U.S. Banks attempt at this are shameful, egregious and bathed in incompetence. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 30 years. My company and my employees were counting on you. This should be your only priority, fix it.

Cmg F1On Jan 12th a teller, can’t remember her name, pulled her mask all the way down to talk to me as I deposited a check. I was hearing her completely fine before, I never said “what” or anything like that. She just wanted to take her mask off to talk, which makes no sense cause that’s how you spread more particles. I am not deaf and so I DONT need to read lips. It was really strange and stupid of her. I am high risk so I got the f*** out of there.
