      I am a customer of US BANK, I have used the services of this branch and their notary for many years. But yesterday I visited a notary at Albertson's branch , she was also the manager of this department, she behaved very annoyed, raised her voice at me (almost screamed), I asked her for help, since English is my second language, but she did not want to help me, people around were looking at us. I told her, maybe I made a mistake in the documents and I need to fix it, but she didn’t want to understand and only always said: "I will not sign it"! I kept asking her to help me and explain what I had better do, but she did not want to help me. She is not restrained, not nice, not polite and not kind to customers. She is a bad example for her employees, I don't even know how she can be a manager...??? She should learn how to behave with the client. I have heard about her behavior before from a few people. Another guy in their department helped me and explained everything. Thanks a lot to him.

      Tyler from this Us Bank allowed my ex boyfriend (who is not on my personal account) to take almost $400 out of my personal account and lied on the paperwork and said I allowed it (I was not even in Spokane at the time). Rhonda, the manager was extremely rude to myself and my mother who was trying to help me, and told me she would not look at the cameras, nor would she even help me. These tellers are a joke, extremely rude and fake. If you must go here for whatever reason, I would highly suggest waiting for the blonde lady, she is the only nice and professional one.

      The address is wrong on Google maps. It's still within the Safeway grocery store and has been for a number of years. 8901 E Trent.

      I have found these clerks go above and beyond. They have personally called me to make sure I knew a transaction had gone through. I definitely go to them over the other more traditional branches

      Do not bank with them. They hold your money and wont release it when its all the money you have to feed your kids and to pay your rent: so thanks to us bank my kids won't eat and I'll be kicked out of my house!
