Anita Kharbanda1They provided pretty much no help on obtaining payments from a delinquent borrower, and after more than one year with no collection of payments we cancelled our contract with allied. They charged us for all the months where they collected no payments, and had made little to no effort to collect in those months. When I asked for phone calls or more action throughout our contract I was told either 1) we are low touch which is why our rates are low or 2) they offer to send a notice which would cost me another $100. Do not waste your money, they are terrible.

Shelisa Thomas1I bought my home 10 years ago. Never had any problems until Allied became my loan servicer last year. I signed up for ACH withdrawals. They waited several months before letting me know that the ACH withdrawals didn't clear, which simply because the routing number was missing a zero. Instead of contacting me immediately, they waited months to send me a letter then rejected the check I had my bank send them because it was not certified. I have never had any issues like this.

Mick Kuehn5All my Notes are serviced with Allied. I know and trust them, and have for many years. They make it easy to board loans and are one of the few servicers that handle a partial well. I highly recommend them to Note professionals everywhere.

Lance Dalton1They purchased home insurance on my behalf without my permission. . then they are trying to force me to pay it back. I already have home insurance that I've been paying. Its even in contract that i pay my own insurance. Then i talked to old lady on phobe she was rude and un helpful. She avoided giving real solutions and would not let me speak to supervisor. Gave excuse that supervisor is never in and impossible to contact. Still refused to give me #. Seemed like this business was being run out of their basement. So i was forced to contact the original home owner and she's in process of changing companies because of my treatment. Do not use this company. Worst of the worst!!!!

Chris Bua1Horrific communicators. My client has been owed a large sum of money for over 2 weeks and this company cannot seem to send him a wire, despite previously sending money to same account. No communication throughout the 2 weeks. Use a company that cares about people, provides excellent customer service, and good transactional efficiency. None of which appear to exist at Allied Servicing Corporation.

Richard Spitler1They have a poor service. Please be advised that they may cause your property tax to be marked delinquent. They collected money from the seller and us and be supposed to pay our property tax but they didn't. We contacted them so many times reminding them of that, they told us that we should not worry about it and that they would do it but they didn't. Almost 2 months after our property had been marked delinquent, they still didn't pay. They kept delaying the payment until we let them know that if the county took actions we would go further. Now we have more problems with them. They gave themselves the right to act on behalf of us without our permission. They did paid the third parties without noticing us to obtain our authorization. Their agents have poor customer service. We will have to meet them in the court.

Jacob Blalock5Allied lets you know that foreclosure really only used as a last resort. They really want keep homeowner in their house and find ways to work things out when misfortunes occurs.

Pam Carroll1Horrible company with horrible customer service! If I could give them zero stars, I would. They bought my mortgage 6 months ago and I’ve had nothing but problems ever since. I’ve been paying on my house for 15 years and never experienced issues like I have since Allied bought my mortgage! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company!

Pacific Avril5I've had good service from Allied. They do a tremendous job tracking a lot of manual steps. There have been a couple of times we did not agree, but they were patient to explain what I did not understand or was not aware of within the paperwork. Extremely hard working for servicing the small investor!

Jeremy Teague1Working with this company was the worst experience of my life. Not only was the customer service horrible they also Cheated me out of $7,900.00 dollars. They tried to say the contract stated that we would pay a monthly fee up to 40 years and when the house finally sold that we had to pay them an additional $7,900.00. I was told originally that we would pay a monthly fee up to $7,900.00, but once the house sold we were told that we had to pay the monthly fee plus an additional $ 7,900.00. Hopefully this review will help prevent future customers from being Ripped-off. And by the way I would have given them Zero Stars but the system would let me.
