  Been having to deposit rent into my landlords account at US Bank for 6 years, and now all of a sudden I can't deposit cash into his account. They have my fingerprints on file and my ID but now I can't deposit? I asked when the policy changed because I have been doing this for the last 70+ months with no problems, always cash. The teller, who said he was the manager, said it didn't change, that's how it's been. When I asked him how I was able to do it in the past, like 30 days ago, he said one of the other tellers must have just been "doing me a solid". He has been there when I've deposited in the past, but never stopped his teller from accepting deposit. If that's how a manager runs his staff at a bank, that's scary. Luckly I'm not one of their customers. 👎🏻

  Terrible policy. Charge you for cashing THEIR check. Rude tellers too. Dont bank here, go to wells Fargo. I dont need to send an email to know California labor law 212. You guys should look it up

  I still really like this bank. However, the customer service has gone down hill since Brooke and Jenny left. I'm sitting here writing this as I've been on hold for over 20 minutes. Hanging up now and heading down to the branch! This shouldn't happen!

  Excellent service for the last 18 years. Helpful employees that make this our choice in local banking at South Lake Tahoe.

  Closed on weekeends? Most US banls are open briefly on weekends... not this place. Seems like garbage here. I dont recoment going here at all to bank.
