      Helen and staff are A+. Benefits of a big bank with a small town bank vibe. I rarely, if ever, wait for a teller. The published local branch phone number is a million times more helpful than a 800 number call center. I am always recognized and greeted when I visit. 100% happy customer here.

      Had a midday visit which included working with branch manager Helen Barclay. She was cordial and got my problem fixed after we waited on hold together for Chase telephone online banking for assistance. However, should it take 45-60 mins of your time to add a chase card to a third party digital wallet? No.

      Helen, the branch manager, is fantastic. She goes way above and beyond for her business banking clients and—while I have some reservations about Chase overall—I would strongly recommend this branch to anyone because of her. Multiple times she worked with my partners for hours at a time on complicated, multi-state business banking issues… Her customer service, and that of the branch as a whole, has been stellar.

      Even though I had a bank account with Chase Bank between the years of 2016 to 2018, the bank restarted me in a "probationary" status. I brought a certified a Certified Bank Check from a US Bank branch located in California to deposit. Little did I know and much to my dismay, Chase's fine print policy is to hold certified bank checks for customers on probation (newer customers) for 10 days --- before a customer can withdraw the funds. So after 7 days and then 9 days after depositing the Bank Check at the branch, I went into the bank branch. I said to a branch employee, "You know, the funds was released out of US Bank 8 days ago. I added, there is no possible way that US Bank can now reverse the funds on a Certified Bank Check, to which US Bank agreed". Chase branch employee response added that, "Chase wants to get to know me a little better first". In summary, please take time to read all Chase's very fine print first, before you decide that you want them to get to know you a little better. No matter how smiley Chase branch bank employees appear when you are a new branch customer at a new branch; Chase's employees are backed by poor policies at their Corporation level. The policy of holding an in-state, certified bank check for 10 days is not in the customers favor, nor does Chase's policy make sense from a logical and legal standpoint. California AG's office, are you listening?

      Absolutely worst Chase Bank ive been too. Deposted some cash, and I have a receipt that shows the amount and where the cash went. But its not reflecting in my account. So i come back, walk in and explained my situation and they looked at me like they didnt know what I was talking about. So now ive been waiting in the lobby for 30 min for them to figure this out and bring the manager.

      The only thing I don't like about this branch is that the ATMs is located inside the first entrance doors. If it's not cracked open, then your out of luck. You would have to return during opening hours.

      They've been by far the best bank to take care of me that I've ever had I was referred to chase by my father and just like him on a customer for life now because of all the upstanding great service

      I had tons of trouble with a different branch in another state that set up my business account wrong. Helen has been an amazing champion, working to get it sorted out with the minimal amount of back and forth for me.
