  If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. I am a new customer and went to speak with the manager Kathy at this location. She was very rude. She didn’t even give me a chance to finish any of my sentences she had no sympathy just very rude. Kathy definitely could have been more reasonable with this experience. I had WAAYYYYY more help from a manager at a location that wasn’t even my home bank in mission viejo. This is very frustrating. The next move is to close the account. Kathy at this location is the reason you will be losing a customer. 🙏🏻

  Manager very rude, no help. Used this branch for over 5 years and this was the first time I needed help. Time to find another branch or a different bank.

  I love this bank. I just moved to the area and Cathy and Sonia act as if we were old friends. They know my name when I walk in. They are so attentive and helpful.

  This branch might as well close. Always has some reason to be closed or have amended hours. Never available when I need it
