  I went in to ask questions and Andre Redmond was excellent in answering all of my questions and giving me other information I didn't even know I would need if I were opening a new account there! I appreciate how friendly the teller was who told me told me she would get the right person to talk to me, and to Andre!

  Lindsey, the Branch Manager was extremely helpful! I had experienced extremely poor service at another branch with my maiden name not matching my married name, etc...but she took the time to get everything changed and finally my funds available to me! Thanks Lindsey I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service! :)

  One entrance open only. Went to deposit cash earlier this morning and wasn't allowed to. Had to go back and physically go in to deposit cash.

  Tellers are very friendly. I also called them for information on investing and they were so helpful and gave me different alternatives.
