      Thankful that this bank is not located inside a grocery store and has a drive thru especially now since if any adults that enters any building in the state of Ohio is required to wear a ridiculous diaper on their face.

      Employees are clueless about the account details. Each tells a different thing. If you want to access your lock box they will try a whole bunch of keys before they actually find the right one every single time. Very frustrating!

      Bank closes at 6pm Friday, so why were the doors already locked at 5:50? Bad business. If your hours say open until 6, that doesn't mean employees should expect to be leaving right at 6.
