Faranfalli Zubeida1I bought a $25 rewards card from US Bank. After 2 years I called to activate and I was told that there was fine print which says that after 12 months they get to deduct $2.50 inactivity fee, so my balance was zero. Such unethical businesses that make money by tricking unsuspecting customers should be shut down

Austin Ward1Had a really bad customer experience at this branch. Manager continued to insist the app was wrong and he was right while trying to handle a sensitive issue... Closed 5 accounts today, and moved over to chase private banking. Best financial decision I have made so far this year 🙌

Jag Singh1This is seriously worst bank in the US. They should shut down all the branches. I am not able to get my stuff back from the security deposit. Been calling bank everyday for over 30 minutes... Worst service ever.. deserves 0 stars.
