The wait time can be long at times, but people need to remember that the benefits well outweigh the wait. For example, being there for you haters, on the weekends. Thank you, to all that work there and accomplish my needs, at each and every visit. I will never go to a different branch as long as you are open. Keep up the great work. Estella Smith4Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The representative that assisted me the last time was very personable and informative. She wasn't too pushy about any bank products. I wish their hours were more accommodating, but still a convenient place to have a location. They do have a smart ATM at the doors as well, which is very convenient.

Bobby Preston2Business account. First day I made deposits, they asked for my ID to keep on file. No problem. Now only one teller at this location asks me for my ID every time I am in. She is rude and no one at this location has asked me for my ID. I also frequent the branch on The Plaza, never had an issue as well. I feel I am being targeted for some reason. This particular teller is not friendly at all.

Kimmie Nguyen5I’ve just stopped by there about 11am at Jul 31, abd they’re great. The teller and the lady who does notary are excellent. Service is very fast and nice. I love my experience a lot.

clayton mclaughlin5This is a great branch. It has the feel of a small town local bank with the same smiling faces there to help you. I love being able to picture the associate that will be helping before I ever leave my house. The hours are much easier to work with than other branches too.

Old Tech Man5This branch is the closest one to me since I moved to this state. I have been a long term customer, because they work with you for all of your banking needs, in a friendly professional manner and very fast. They have branches in many states, so banking needs and their atm machines have always been available for me.

G GS2One teller during lunch hour? Three people in line while she was in the phone! They are very convenient but the teller was less than friendly and the wait was ridiculous.

Anil Ali1Very long wait time only one employee working. Even when there are 10 customer waiting in line other employees busy in lunch. They don't care about there customer. I think it's better to transfer my accounts to other bank.
