  I came to the bank at 5:29 at a Saturday after having to pick up my friend who’s car is broke down and they were literally locking up but they let me In. $1 minimum on account, childrens accounts for those under 18, savings accounts, free financial advisory, and absolutely amazing service. Why wouldn’t you bank here. I’ve been here since I was 16 and my grandma banked on troost until her passing and when they built this one we switched here. Absolutely 11/10

  I have been with Mazuma for 10 years, multiple branches, working with many associates. What I like is they are a small organization, more like a family, that genuinely want to help you (and between me and you, I've been kind of a PITA to them). The Gladstone brand is awesome (KP!) and the Raymore branch (JT!) ALSO goes above and beyond expectations for what a bank..i mean CREDIT UNION, is required to do for their customers. So happy I made the switch...Lifetime member! I'll see you at next Sporting KC Game for that free member beer (JM!)

  Audrey was absolutely fonominal! She went above, & beyond in assisting me, & never made me feel like i was burdensome. She was patient, & very professional in handling, & resolving my problem. It's hard to find good customer service these days anymore. On top of it all she's 🔥Hot"!

  I've never had any issues with Mazuma. They have always been great to me. Home loan, multiple auto and personal loans. No complaints here. I don't care what anybody says. Best bank in my opinion.

  I absolutely love the people at this bank! Joy was extremely understanding and helpful. There are some wait times at the lanes sometimes but so what!?! You can't beat their customer service. I don't know why the reviews aren't better, I've never had any issue that couldn't be fixed. If you're a nice, patient person bank here!

  Great place if you want to be treated like just any other Joe after being a member for over 5 years. This is the place for you. Can go to any other bank and get the same treatment. Membership here has no special meaning to these people

  I had the best experience here with Mazuma rep. Sean Williams at this branch. He went above and beyond to solve my problem and more and did it with a smile! That right there means the world to me service with a smile! If Mazuma management is reading this then please do something special for Sean, he deserves it! He is one of the best, top shelve!!

  I love this branch and Mazuma! I always have friendly service. The employees know me and remember the things I have going on at the time. They offer very competitive loan rates and don't charge excessive fees. I appreciate the time and knowledge they share with me and my family.

  I was reading some of the reviews below and seriously other that the guy with the stolen car problem. I think you guys are way to uptight. I have had Mazuma almost 5 years and they are amazing. Their fees are so much better that almost every other bank. No ATM fees for using out of network arms. But you will still get a fee by the atm Pender to use their atm. I get great customer service every single time I go in. I intend on being a member for life. Want a good banking experience. Just goto MAZUMA

  I showed up to the Raymore branch on a day that they happened to close early. I showed up at 12:02 and the front door was open so me not knowing they were closing early walked right in. They proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't help me because they closed 2 min ago. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! First of all if your closed then lock the door. Second if I am in the business already can't you just take the two minutes to help me since we're both standing there. I'm sorry that me showing up at 12:02 inconveniences you getting home. I literally just needed to deposit some money in my savings account. This makes me want to find a new bank.
