susan spidel1US Bank is the absolute WORST Bank! As staff lack basic customer service skills doing business is extremely difficult. I have changed branches to improve service and it is no better than the last. US Bank . I called to speak with a supervisor and was dumped into the basic que. I will be closing All of my accounts Monday morning.

Every one greets you immediately, and they knew me and greeted me by first name after just two visits, that means a lot. Even though most of my transactions are simple and quick, I love chatting it up with my US Bank ladies! Haha. Great service.

Nancy Carey1I when I first opened my accounts at this branch I was so.pleadec with the prompt and friendly customer service. I have visit he branch multiple times since then and it has been the opposite experience. They are consistly understaffed with LONG waits for simple transactions. They do not respect their customers time, forcing this situation visit after visit.
