  I cannot say enough about Abbey Credit Union. They are helpful with all the transactions I have had which include refinancing a commercial property. I love the personal attention we get with Lisa Burk and Eric Stetzel - making the process smooth and easy.

  Amanda Mackellar made the process of opening several accounts painless and smooth. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was very professional, but personable at the same time. This confirmed I had made the right decision to change financial institutions. It is very convient they print debit cards on site and you do not have to wait 7-10 business days. I definitely recommend this bank!

  Went to abbey to start an account because we are so tired of HTM area credit union in Troy and how they are now and Amanda at abbey was so nice and helped us set up an account easy and stress free and no waiting on your debit cards! They make them there while you wait!!

  I've had several dealings with Abbey Credit Union. We've opened several accounts and had loans. The loan process was/is always a smooth process. I recommend Abbey to all my family and friends. They support the local community as well, and that is a huge plus! Thankful to have Abbey in Troy and so close to home!

  Don't bother applying for a loan here I have well over a 700 credit score (I have never missed a single payment on anything in my entire life and even have 2 paid off car loans that were with Abbey) and make more than enough money for the loan I applied for and still got denied. I was approved through another lender within 24 hours for a comparable rate to what Abbey Credit Union offers. I will likely switch credit unions soon as this is my main bank and I've been over all displeased with them. I will say the staff is pleasant but that's the only thing that's kept me with them as long as I have been.

  Just moved from Htm to Abbey and it's been an amazing experience. They are super friendly,,Lisa is the best. And everyone is very knowledgeable about all of the business and how to make sure everything works for you, the customer. I can get all of my questions answered and never have to worry about whether I am getting the right information or not. I would highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a superior credit union
