      US Bank ,located in the beautiful foothills community of Yucaipa California continues to impress by making our business and personal banking needs a pleasure! The staff and bank manager are friendly, professional,very helpful and always go the extra mile for all their customers. We recently needed the advice regarding a business/personal banking need and consulted with the branch manager,Stephanie.Her advice and guidance was excellent! In over 20 years of banking with US Bank we couldnt be more pleased. There is plenty of free parking,conveniently located near stores and places to eat and is friendly to young people,senior citizens and growing families. We are very pleased with our local US Bank and can highly recommend them for all your banking needs! Wayne and Joyce S.

      I have had US Bank since PFF merged into them back in the late 90's or early 2000's. And this particular branch in Yucaipa is one of the best. I have even gotten a used car loan from them. They are very cordial to deal with and even though I have a direct deposit from work and rarely need to step foot in the branch, they know my name. Great bank to work with.

      The worst bank ever. If i could give a negative star I would. DON"T ever get a home loan from these guys. Joe Mazi lied and cheated me on the loan. He new exactly what he did. I'm immediately pulling my business from this bank. US bank should be ashamed of them selves for this one. Joe Mazi that works as the Mortgage Loan Originator should be terminated immediately for what he did. ALL I CAN SAY IS DON'T USE THIS BANK!!

      CHRISTOPHER at US BANK in Yucaipa is EXTRAORDINARY !!!! HE'S OUTSTANDING AND AN INCREDIBLE ASSET TO US BANK !!!! I've never seen 10 STAR SERVICE like this !!!! FIRST CLASS. HE DESERVES A RAISE AND A PROMOTION !!!!

      Been banking here nearly 10 years. Whenever I've had an issue, the handled it. Never kept a bank more than 2 or 3 years before. Excellent service.
