  We counted our money in the car and before we left. We have physical evidence of what we had. We are calling corporate, the teller told me I only had $3700. The pictures and other bank statements say its $4100

  I had a bad experience a few years back but they must of changed management or something because this is a very good bank extremely helpful. Join the army but I’m still keeping an account open with them.

  I’ve been banking with Arrowhead Credit Union for 12 yrs now. Switched over from another big very well known bank that I hated. ACU has very friendly staff and always greet you with a smile. I have gotten car loans and personal loans from ACU and its always a great experience. I highly recommend switching over to ACU.

  I truly love my bank and thanks to Mayra she was a HUGE help and resolved a major issue with fitness19 that was just kept reoccurring, not only did she help me out but was able to get the gym to pay what they were responsible for! She did what she is there for and that was to help me as a member! Thank you so much Mayra!

  I usually go to a different location for arrowhead banking, but at my loaction the card machine broke down an the closest one was this one and the experience was okay. It felt awkward being there, maybe because me an my husband are so young. I didn't really have that welcome vibe or "how may we help you" feeling i would get at my main location. We did get helped, at a pretty fair amount of time, the building is kind of small, with a modern art look to it, on the inside. The staff was nice but again, didn't really get that whole welcome vibe. In all I give it a 4 out of 5. Not sure this location is for a younger crowd (a lot of middle age and up+ goes here) but I HIGHLY recommend arrowhead banking for anyone! 😃❤

  Had an excellent experience dealing with the Asst Manager Yvette. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

  Have been a member since another CU I was with closed its doors. Before they did they recommended Arrowhead to me. I have never been disappointed. Great service, and great employees that are always there to help.

  Fees schedule is reasonable and I like credit unions, however every time I have come to this branch there wait time to see an account representative is outrageously long
