      Literally the SLOWEST bank I’ve ever been to. 30+ minutes waiting in line no matter how many cars are there. It’s faster to drive to the saint louis branch. Get it together guys!

      US bank is the slowest Bank I have personally ever dealt with. I own a business in the area and have been using a branch that was recently closed on Alby street. Since then the struggle to reconnect has not been easy. I would highly recommend banking elsewhere. These two locations in the Alton area make me feel as if they are being bothered with my business.

      Only the drive thru is open due to COVID. 4 cars in each drive thru lane, and one person working the teller window. I guess this bank doesn't think much of its customers, forcing everyone to wait an extensive amount of time so they can save a buck on payroll.

      I just moved to Alton from St. Louis. I LOVE this bank! I have no idea why it has so few stars. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, unlike the US bank in STL. TRUST me, you don't know what a 'bad' bank is until you move away from the city.

      The absolute most incompetent bank I’ve ever worked with. Cannot even handle a simple direct deposit. I have been trying to get this rectified for years. Manager, Jason is rude, and not able to do a professional job.

      This bank is close to my house. Yes, they have to take precautions because of COVID, but for people to complain about that is the height of stupidity. Dealing with the public all day is not safe! Not to mention, no one in Alton seems to know how to wear a mask.

      This is my favorite bank! They dont even care that I come in with rolls of change like the other banks do. I can't remember her name, she's older with white hair, but she is so nice to me!! i love this bank!!

      There has been several changes to my account without my permission or informing me prior which has cost me extra money and worry. Anything that starts with "U. S." is about cheating and lies.
