      The people at this branch are great, but I'm so beyond tired of US Bank's policies and practices. My card information got stolen, and someone spent an obscene amount of money at a Chipotle in Long Beach. I only knew because of my mobile notifications. I called the branch to talk about it and was written off to call a customer service line. While I was holding on the customer service line for twenty-seven minutes my card continued to be charged. When I finally got an agent they said they couldn't stop the transactions from processing, and that'd I have to wait until they finalize to file a dispute investigation to get my money back. I had to call my land lord today and tell them I had to defer rent this month which was embarrassing and something I've never had to do before. I've had nothing but bad experiences with US Bank. There's been countless times where a bill hits my account in the afternoon and overdraws my account by a few dollars, and the second the clock hits midnight they'll charge my account a $35 fee. I've never gotten these fees reversed even though I call every time I get one. At a corporate bank like this you're just a number. I'll be transferring everything I have to a credit union as soon as possible.

      UsBank is terrible, policies change all the time without notice and the fees are insane. Don't use UsBank.

      Do not go to this bank!!!!! I have found in dealing with them for a year and a half that Managers are really not very nice, nor do they ever really show any compassion to special circumstances or bad situations in any way. There tellers all seem to have been trained differently. I.E what one tells you the other will completely deny....and tell you that is not at all how it works. WTF??? (at least get every one on the same page) I would never send my worst enemy to this bank! Winbaby you are so right there online banking will never ever be the same as what there records will be. For example credit card charges that should batch at midnight will actually revert and go back a day....possibly overdrawing you...But don't expect any sympathy from them. As I have been told It's not there problem! And you should be aware of your account balance! I actually had a teller tell me all non pin transactions are cleared from your account at Midnight. She also told me that Deposited checks will be fully available at midnight.....Come to find out that it's not that way and wow her little mistake cost me $375.00 in overdraft fees. When I confronted the bank about it they simply said that they would not reverse any overdraft fees. The teller even owned up to what she said and still I tried to explain to the manager that if the teller had told me that I would incur over draft fees if I did not deposit cash, then I would have taken my "Cashiers" check back went to another bank and cashed it, then came back and deposited “Cash”!!!!!! But now I am stuck broke as hell trying to figure out where I am going to come up with the $375.00 that was just taken from me! Do your selves a favor go next door to Washington Mutual!!

      Friendly and professional. After the sudden death of my husband, employees of the bank went out of their way to help me sort through the financial mess he left for me. In the two years since his passing, the bank has been more than accommodating as I need questions answered, suggestions, or someone to walk me through various financial situations.

      Hortible bank do not go here ever these people are crooks!!!!! I deposited 500$ cash and i spend 130 the next day i had a negative balance of -130$!! I went to a branch and they said that the main bank here put a hold because it needed a copy of my ssc even though i came in with it and gave it to them 11/2 months ago when i opened the account horrible staff.
