  It was my favorite brunch until today’s visit. The worst experience! Got dirty coins from the bank the other day and tried to deposit them today. The teller said how they know it is really from them and they cannot accept them. Will open the rolls and check every coins in front of them next time when I get coins from them. =The teller was kind and professional. I think it is the system/policy issue.

  Probably the worst branch I’ve been to. The manager makes up her own rules saying I couldn’t cash a personal check because she can tell it was “business related” even though it was written under my name. Also they are completely incompetent of providing customer service and when an issue arises they just shrug their shoulders and say idk how to help.

  This is the best bank in all la quinta hands down. If your looking for a branch or even a new bank. Just go here,you won't be dissatisfied.

  Raul is the best!!! He helped me and my brother open accounts and conversed with us in a helpful and friendly manner. He deserves a raise! Just FYI, you do need an appointment to open an account, buts it’s very hassle free. I’m glad we switched!

  From the time I opened this account they had a promotion going on when you switch. They never gave me the promotion on top of that the first day I opened it went to my insurance to pay it it was denied when I had put cash into my account. When I called they said they put a lock on it I had to drive back because they couldn't unlock it through customer service instead took my money out. Direct deposit doesnt show till 5 or 6 am like other banks like BOFA or Wells Fargo comes in at midnight. When you get a direct deposit your account gets set differently and say this is how much you have when in reality when I take screen shots it shows a whole different balance. The only good thing I see out of this bank is I have a bank card which I will no longer keep my account open with them.

  Horrible customer service they don’t even greet you as you’re walking in they have no tellers and the banker sitting down don’t pay attention to you

  Very saddened that Ralph's didn't renew the lease for this in store branch had the best friendly CUSTOMER SERVICE ever & now it's all gone🥺 It was a double win too if I needed grocery stuff too..bad decision on Ralph's 😥
