  Before I came to Castle & Cooke Mortgage, with Sandra Magaña, I went to 3 lenders in the valley but they couldn't help me as Sandra did. First of all she was super friendly, she helped us from day one all the way to closing, with daily updates. She is very knowledgeable. She gave us the best loan with the best rate in only 1 day! Don't go elsewhere, go to Castle & Cooke and ask for Sandra

  Terrible loan officer that has no consideration or appreciation for the agents that refer her clients. For an entire day I have been trying to get a hold of the loan officer Olivia and she has consistently been dodging my calls like a child, even after she text me this morning saying she would call me shortly. My buyers have been working with them since November of 2015 and it is now March 2016. Does not even have the courtesy to give me an update, which I have never bothered her for before. So unprofessional and unreliable. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
