I go to this branch regularly and the Manager Debra is a expert and very professional. she has a team of professionals and all are always very helpful. I don't know if the negative comments are really for the Milliken branch but I have always found them helpful. Great Job

This is a loan center that used to be PFF Bank & Trust. I worked here for 14 years before I was laid off because us bank took over. They could have kept the current employees instead of bringing in there own & laying off 150+ people, 1/2 of worked there for 10+ years!! PFF was in business for over 100 years when us bank took over in 2008. Sad

The only thing I can say at this point is, if it were possible, I would have rated them a negative 10000 stars and that would not even come close to expressing how harmful, offensive and astoundingly awful my experience was with US Bank. When I am allowed to give details, I will update my post.
