  I worked with David & Orna from Grand Jewelers to design and create a custom engagement ring. The experience was terrific - they helped me concept and plan (we were working with a family heirloom) and assisted in every step of the way. They were timely with delivery, communicated clearly, and made the experience very enjoyable. Not to mention, price was more than fair. Look forward to working with them again. Two big thumbs up.

  I had already been here once before today, to pierce my daughters ears. Blanca is the young lady who attended us and she was ver sweet to my daughter and everything went well. Today I came in to get a new wedding band since I lost mine. 😬 This time Patricia the store manager helped me with the selection of my band. What I loved about the process was that I never felt obligated or pressured into buying something I didn’t like. Everything was so wonderful that I actually ended up purchasing new earrings for my daughter, my wedding band and a beautiful pearl ring. I was only able to bring home the band since the pearl ring has to be resized and the earrings have to be ordered. Definitely coming back for future purchases!

  David, Orna and team are true professionals who deliver an incredibly beautiful and high-quality product at a very reasonable price. We have worked with them multiple times on custom pieces - including my wife's engagement ring - and they have consistently provided beautiful jewelry that has exceeded our expectations and been delivered at a cost that was materially lower than what other companies quoted. We recommend them highly and we are grateful to work with such a high quality, transparent family-run business.

  Worst experience. My wife called ahead of time before coming in asking information, regarding bringing in our baby (4 month old) to get her ears pierced. He said to come onby. We came in and was welcomed by a rude lady. Yelling at us if we had a appointment. We said we called. They said we did not called and made us confirm with who we spoke with. The man Then said oh yeah, she did call. They gave us wrong information and made us waste our time. They'd only even pierce infants like they did2 years ago. I don't recommend this unprofessional business.

  I completely recommend everyone to do their repair work here. Work was terrific and completed when promised. Our rings looked brand new. Thank You David

  Went in to replace a missing stud on my wedding band! They got it fixed in a couple of days, looks beautiful and good as new!Met the owners, very nice people and they provided great customer service. Reasonable price, I def recommend coming here!!

  Great Customer Service!!! Everything you read about this business is true, I took my wedding ring into Grand Jewelers to have a diamond replaced that fell out. I was very nervous about having my ring redone since it had such high sentimental value. David and his staff were very helpful and patiently explained everything that would take place with fixing my ring. Even after leaving his store, he was great communicating with me via phone and email. When I picked up my ring, I was not disappointed!!!! It was so BEAUTIFUL!!! They did a fantastic job on it!!! I am so pleased with their work I would not hesitate to return for any jewelry needs I may have, I will reccommend this place to all my family and friends. They truly care about making the customer 100% satisfied!

  I had a ring custom made and it was even better than I asked for or imagined in my head. It took some time to complete the ring because I was very picky about the center stone I wanted. David and his staff were incredibly kind and patient and they worked with me until I found the right center stone. You won't find a better staff to service your jewelry needs. I recommend them to everyone I know. It's been 3 years since I have had my ring made and I still get a tremendous amounts of compliments on it. What I like the best about this place is the fact that you are treated like family and the jewelry is reasonably priced. If you are thinking about getting any jewelry, try this place out first :)

  People who write bad reviews because they don't get enough $$ for pawning don't understand how collateral loans work. Great customer service. Highly recommend this place to get your jewelry fixed. Patricia was very friendly. Love to support small family businesses. GREAT customer service.

  I have purchased multiple items from Grand Jewelers over the years. My wife loves everything they've made for her. The staff was very creative and extremely helpful. And when I shopped around, the prices were just as good as what I found elsewhere. In the end, though, the service and knowledge and integrity couldn't be beat. Thank you, Grand Jewelers!
