  Home buying comes with ups and downs and my experience with Tyler and his team were the upside of my buying experience. They did everything they could to make the process smooth and they had to put some serious work in on my entire process when the sellers real estate side of things didn't have their act together. They worked for literally 4 months in one of the craziest most drawn out closings any of us had ever seen. Throughout the entire process they maintained an open line of communication through emails, text and phone calls at any hour or day that was needed. They worked to make sure that I could get the best bang for my buck, going over all the different types of loans that would work best for my situation and was quick to adjust to all the problems that arose I sincerely thank him and his teams great work.

  I worked with Tyler and his team a couple of months ago and they made this process super easy for me. I was a first time home buyer and nervous about the entire process. They answered any questions and assisted me through the process from start to finish. I would recommend anyone to them.

  My experience of looking for and buying a home has not been my favorite for sure, but one thing I did not have to worry about was being taken care of by Tyler! He has made this experience as easy for me as possible and been very patient with all the questions and confusion I have had. I would recommend Fairway to any of my friends and family because of how well I was taken care of throughout my whole house hunting rollercoaster! Great job to everyone that helped on my account and I appreciate every one of you so much! Finally getting to sign all because of you!

  My family and I went to two different loan companies and both times we were told there was nothing they could do for us. We didn’t have the best of credit and We were going to give up on buying a house and gave it one more try because we needed help on what we needed to do to purchase a home.   My experience with Tyler & his team has been exceptional! I was the Listing Agent & he was the Buyer's Lender on a transaction so I didn't expect much communication with him but I was pleasantly surprised with his weekly communications on the transactions progress. I could tell that his plan was to get his Client's closed on time...& it did. Bravo!!!
