  Tracine is amazing! She was so helpful and professional throughout the entire refinance process. She got things done so fast and got us such a great low rate. We HIGHLY recommend her for anyone buying a home or refinancing. Her positive attitude is contagious!!

  For my family, there are 3 important points in a refinance: speed, communication, and transparency. Tracine at Tylan Mortgage has all 3 in spades. She was extremely helpful, very responsive, and worked diligently to get our refinance done at lightning speed. I cannot recommend her and Tylan enough. Thank you!!!

  I had told Kip halfway through 2020 that I wanted to prep an application/preapproval so that we could at least get an idea of what I’d be in a position to buy. I have multiple incomes, commissions, and properties so it was far from cut and dry. Kip never complained and 12 months later I got into a great deal and closed in 25 days. Overall a very smooth process; despite all the weird components I brought to the table. Highly recommend Kip and the TYLAN team!

  Buying a home is stressful enough but even more stressful is securing the right loan. For someone, who doesn’t get all the mortgage terminology, it can be quite overwhelming what is the best deal or what you are getting yourself into over the long haul. From understanding the overall costs of a 15yr or 30yr loan, to buying points, to getting the lowest interest rates, Tylan mortgage really made this process painless! Andy Morris and his team are knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and extremely insightful when it comes to understanding the market as well as your individual needs as a home buyer. Tylan mortgage made our families home buying process less intimidating and I actually learned a few things. No doubt who I will be using in the future. And I definitely will recommend Andy and his team to all my friends.
