  Ty and his team worked diligently to help me close on our new home. We used a VA loan, and he was there the whole time helping make it happen. I love our new home, but I can’t wait to work with Ty again. Strongly suggest you give Ty a call if you’re going to use a VA loan, he well informed on what needed done and honest the whole time, not once did he blow smoke to make me think something else. Him and his team were incredibly responsive and communicative, made the process a breeze. Great guy, great team.

  Ty is an amazing loan officer. Throughout our process Ty has been available to talk to at any time and he guided us through the process with ease making my life much easier! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Going through Ty really highlighted the importance of having a local loan officer when buying a home. Due to this crazy market we had a few times when we needed Ty late in the day so we could get our offer put in and he was always available and ready to get anything we needed done! I highly recommend using Ty if you are in the process of buying a home or thinking of getting one.

  My girlfriend and I worked with Ty to buy our new house. I would work with him again and I regularly recommend him to my friends. I find the home buying process complicated, but Ty made it considerably easier by providing clear answers to our many questions. His communication skills helped at several points during the process and the speed with which he responded to us was outstanding. He also displayed a solid understanding of the various financing options available to us, which helped because we did not have a large down payment. All of this was incredibly important in the difficult and fast-paced housing market.
