  Our experience with Jamie Gordon at Two Rivers Mortgage was in a word: AMAZING! My fiancé and I both were apprehensive about working with a mortgage broker at first...but within 5 minutes of speaking with Jamie, our minds were changed! Jamie was extremely professional, cordial, honest, understanding and above all else HELPFUL during the house purchase process.   I cannot recommend Two Rivers Mortgage enough. We were fortunate enough to work with Gretchen Russell who is extremely competent, reliable, professional, kind, and I just really could go on all day about how fantastic she is as a loan officer. If you are a first time home buyer, please get in touch with Two Rivers and ask for Gretchen. We had a unique situation as my spouse is a permanent resident with shallow credit history, and Gretchen was able to help provide us options for loan products that we could qualify for and would fit our needs. She was always prompt, timely, and helped ease our stress of being first time buyers. We just closed on our home yesterday and I would do it again ten times over so long as I had Gretchen by my side. This is a local mortgage company which means they are here for their clients and will find the best loan product they can to fit your needs. I have no regrets with using Two Rivers Mortgage and will refer everyone I know to this incredible company. I wish I could give them 100 stars because they deserve it.

  Kevin Martin is simply the best! My husband and I worked with him twice on our mortgage, first when we bought our home in 2016, and then again in fall 2020 when we refinanced.   Kevin Martin is one of those people who restores your faith in what can be a daunting, stressful, and confusing home buying process. Kevin was so knowledgeable and patient with us, as first time buyers, and always available when we had questions, and I mean always!   My husband and I bought our first house this year. The process was daunting and we didn’t know how to get started. A friend recommended starting with a visit to a mortgage broker, and had a great experience with Kevin. We made an appointment to speak with Kevin and he really demystified the whole process for us. We discussed our budget, financing options, and he printed out some detailed examples of what our down payments, closing costs, and monthly mortgage bill would look like under different pricing scenarios. Once we found a house we liked and made an offer, Kevin was very helpful in explaining the procedures and paperwork with each step through closing. He and our real estate agent had great communication with one another. I would highly recommend Kevin for anyone buying a home.   James Komro, broker and owner of Two Rivers Mortgage, is - quite simply - phenomenal. Our situation was somewhat complicated (new construction home, living out of state, etc) and he seemingly moved mountains to help us purchase our home. He is not only knowledgeable and professional but unbelievably responsive. He responds to emails in a matter of minutes! He is personable and friendly and genuinely cares. He's the real deal and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  I have nothing but great things to say about Two Rivers Mortgage, and it was a pleasure working with Kevin over the past month. Kevin put in the time to clearly explain everything, and there was not a moment when I felt lost during the home buying process. He was timely in all correspondents and responded to all our text messages within 15 minutes. We interviewed 3 mortgage brokers, and one of the brokers said he could not find a loan for us that would work. The second broker gave us an OK rate, but it was .2% more than what I was seeing people receiving online. Kevin blew everyone out of the water by giving us 6 options for our home loan and broke down each option to best fit our needs. In the end, we qualified for a home mortgage by 0.5% better than what other people were offering us. I now nominate Kevin to be a wizard of home mortgages. I highly recommend you give Kevin a chance to win your patronage.

  Working with Jake Planton was an incredible experience! Our transaction took FOR-E-VER because of appraisals being set back (NOTHING that Jake did wrong, the appraisal company was a joke) but Jake was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He communicated very quickly, kept us up to speed with everything going on, answered all our questions in a helpful and timely manner, and was overall great to work with. I will be recommending him to friends and family and hopefully my wife and I will get the chance to work with him again. Thanks Jake!
