  After 25 years of banking with a different bank, I switched to Two Rivers earlier this month. I was tired of all the fees at the other bank. The Two Rivers website provided many helpful answers about accounts and services. I like the 50+ checking account option. The customer service on the phone and in person is also excellent. All of my questions have been answered and everybody has been very friendly and helpful. Thanks Hannah (Ankeny branch) and Gabbi (visiting from the Coralville branch).

  My experience with Two Rivers Bank and Trust has been perfect. I have been a customer for over 4 years now and have multiple accounts and loans. The online tools are better than those of the mega banks I have worked with in the past. The professionalism and attention to detail provided by Two Rivers Bank and Trust creates the ultimate customer experience. I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else.

  I have been working with Two Rivers Bank &Trust for the last 4 months. We are in the process of trying to buy a house and they have been helping us through the mortgage process. This is our first home we will be purchasing so we do not have much knowledge about the process. As any new home buyer knows, it can be very overwhelming and scary to make such a big purchase. Two Rivers has been amazing through this whole process. They are always there to answer any questions we have…which has been a lot. We have all learn with the fall of the real estate market that banks were not concerned if a family could afford a house, they just wanted to approve them for as much as they possibly could. At Two Rivers they think about the family and the expenses they have, and make sure that the mortgage amount fits their financial situation. They are always upfront about the cost that come with purchasing a home and make sure that we know what to expect when it is time for closing. We hope that the perfect home will come along soon and know that it will go smoothly because we have a reliable bank to turn to. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a bank to help with their mortgage or any banking needs to turn to Two Rivers Bank & Trust. Carrie Moore

  First and foremost, you won't find better customer service than what you will receive at Two Rivers Bank & Trust. It is very similar to what a customer would receive in a small town - they know you by name, they ask questions and care about how you are doing - you are not just another account to them. If you have any questions, Two Rivers Bank & Trust will go above and beyond to answer all questions and to make sure you are satisfied!!

  I find everything I need at Two Rivers, but in a small bank atmosphere. The people there are helpful, answering all my questions quickly, and going out of their way to make things easy for me. It's a pleasure doing business with them!
